Membership & pricing
How much does membership cost?
Membership is priced per person. Operator: $50 for 1 person, $75 for 2, $90 for 3, plus $5 for each additional person per year. Vendor: $100 for 1, $130 for 2, $150 for 3, plus $10 for each additional person per year.
When does my membership renew?
On your join anniversary, automatically through secure autopay. We email reminders 60 and 30 days before so you can review your people and payment method.
How can I pay?
By card or bank account (ACH) through Stripe’s secure checkout. SECWA never sees or stores your card or bank numbers. We don’t accept checks.
Does everyone on my team get their own login?
Yes. The primary contact pays and adds people. Each associate gets an email invite to create their own login.
Can I add people later? Are added people refundable?
You can add people anytime from your member account; adding a 4th person or more goes through checkout. Charges for added people are non-refundable.
Is my information private in the member directory?
The member directory is members-only. It shows name, email and business. Your phone is collected at signup, and you can choose to hide it from the directory at any time.
Events & Wash Talks
What are Wash Talks and what do they cost?
Live virtual sessions with operators and experts. They’re free for members and $15 for non-members. Attendees get the recording afterward.
How do I register for an event?
Open the event on our Events page and register online. Members log in for member pricing.
Can I use a coupon code?
Yes. Every checkout has a coupon code field. Enter your code before paying.
Member tools
What is the AI Equipment Assistant?
A members-only assistant that answers equipment and troubleshooting questions using only OEM manuals uploaded by the board and vendor members, with a link to the source. Always confirm electrical, chemical or high-pressure work with the manufacturer or a qualified technician.
How does the jobs board work?
Members post jobs free. Listings stay up 60 days or until you take them down, and new jobs are shared in the newsletter and on social.
How does the referral credit work?
Copy your personal referral link from your member account. When someone joins with it, you get a credit on your next renewal.

How can my company sponsor SECWA?
See our Sponsors page for placements and packages, then send an inquiry. Sponsorships are approved by the board before they go live.
Who can get the newsletter?
Everyone. It’s free for members and non-members. Sign up with your email anywhere on the site.
How often is the blog updated?
New posts are added regularly, written by Southeast operators and board members.
