Questions, answered
Who pays for the membership?
The primary contact for your company pays. They add the rest of your people, and each person gets an email invite to create their own login.
How many people are included?
You choose. Operator memberships are $50 for 1 person, $75 for 2 and $90 for 3, plus $5 per extra person per year. Vendor memberships are $100, $130 and $150, plus $10 per extra person per year.
Can I add people later?
Yes. The primary contact can add people anytime from the member account, and checkout charges for the added seats. Added seats are non-refundable, so review your people before each renewal.
When does my membership renew?
On your join anniversary. It renews automatically by card through Stripe. We email you 60 and 30 days before, with links to review your people and update your card.
Will my info show in the member directory?
By default, your name, email and business are listed in the members-only directory. You can hide your phone number, or opt out of the listing entirely, when you join or anytime after.
Can I pay by check?
No. To keep things simple and automatic, membership is paid by card only through Stripe's secure checkout. SECWA never sees or stores your card number.
Is there a referral reward?
Yes. Every member account has a personal referral link. When a new member joins with it, a credit is applied to your next renewal.
